Returns & Refund Policy

What Is Your Return Policy?

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us at store@piranhaprofits.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds or replacements are offered only if you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective.

If this applies to your order, please email store@piranhaprofits.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.


Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Color?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer exchanges.

We recommend reviewing the size chart included in each product description before placing your order.

If you believe you received a mislabeled item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Additional Return Policy Information

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our error, the cost will be covered by us.

Please contact store@piranhaprofits.com before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

  • Packages returned due to being unclaimed may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including but not limited to face masks or other hygiene-related products, are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

 

EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

Accordingly, Piranha Profits® reserves the right to refuse returns in these cases.
