How Long Will My Order Take To Reach Me?
We process all orders within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready, it’ll be shipped out and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Singapore: 3–7 business days
- United States: 6–10 business days
- Europe: 5–9 business days
- Australia: 8–12 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer — thanks for your patience!
Where Will My Order Ship From?
Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers.
Will I Be Charged Customs or Duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fees.
Customs policies vary by country, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
My Order Says Delivered, but I Haven’t Received It. What Should I Do?
Before contacting us, please try the following:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct
- Contact your local post office or courier to see if they’re holding the package
- Check with neighbors or building management in case the package was left with them

How Do I Track My Order?

I Received the Wrong or a Damaged Product. What Should I Do?
We’re sorry if something isn’t quite right with your order. If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us at store@piranhaprofits.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, include:

- Photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
